I’m going to share with you an old reliable marinade for Prawns/Shrimp. It’s the same as the salmon marinade but is delicious with prawns, shrimp – it’s super easy and tastes great every time!
Mix Garlic, Ginger, Spring Onion, honey, soy sauce and pepper in a bowl.
Add defrosted prawns/shrimp into the marinade and leave for 30-1hr (or overnight in a fridge).
Fry until prawns/shrimp are cooked, adding the marinade to the pan before serving.
Serve with rice.
